What are the dates and times of the event?

Do you offer any discounts? 
 Please visit our Ticket page for advance tickets offered at a discounted rate.

Advanced discount rates end when show begins.

If I bought my ticket in advance, is it good for any day of the event? 
Yes! Your ticket is good for any single day, that our event takes place.

Season pass is good every day of the festival in the year printed on the ticket.

I bought tickets online. How do I retrieve them? 
Once your tickets are purchased they will be available at Will /Call upon arrival. Please note: Your tickets are filed by the First and Last name stated in the Shipping Information section on your receipt.

Can I return my ticket for a refund?
 All Sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If the festival is canceled or postponed, your tickets will be honored the following season.


Where is Will Call?
The Will Call ticket booth will be marked outside front gate. Usually the far right ticket booth.

How much does parking cost?
Parking is FREE!!!

Are dogs allowed? 
Please note that one of our top stage performances is a LIVE Birds of Prey show. Dogs may be brought to the festival at your own risk and must remain on a leash at all times. Please bring documentation of vaccinations. 

NOTE: If you and your pet attend the bird show please keep them close to you, if they are a small dog, keep them in your lap. This will help to not distract the birds.

Are swords allowed? 
Yes, however they must be peace tied. If they are not peace tied upon arrival, they will be zip tied to your person at the gate.

Is your festival wheelchair accessible?
Yes. 

Do I have to be in costume to attend?
You may come dressed in renaissance attire, everyday clothing, as a fairy, or as a star ship captain! Just come dressed to have fun! And side note, wear comfortable walking shoes!

Is there camping available?
We do not have on site camping. Please see our Accomodations page for more information.

Can I apply as a vendor? 
To apply as a vendor, click on the tab marked Contact, and then click on Vendor Info. Please keep in mind this is a juried event, and all items must be pre-approved.
