2024 Photo Contest
The Kerrville Renaissance Festival invites photographers to submit performance day images from the Kerrville Renaissance Festival.
Photographers have a chance to win great prizes!
The contest challenge is to capture the colorful, interesting, attractive, or just plain curious qualities of the participants, patrons and even their pets. Your photographs can show any aspect of the festival, performers and crafters, customers and pets. Use your imagination, tell a story, and enter for a chance to win great prizes from Kerrville Renaissance Festival. As a winner your photo will be put on display on the festivals website, sponsored events, galleries. or maybe used in next years promotions, Show us the magic!

Submission Guidelines
Entries must be submitted to the Entry page on website by Feb 15th 2024
Photography should capture the spirit and energy of the Kerrville Renaissance Festival. The focus could be on any element of the festival, from crafts to entertainment, food, dogs or special events. Photographs will be judged on the overall quality of both the image (technical), and the subject, and how these two combined elements present a compelling narrative or idea.

Photography Rules
Eligibility
All photographs must be taken during a performance day from the 2024 season. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Copyright
All photos submitted to the Kerrville Renaissance Festival must be the legal property of the person submitting the image. Kerrville Renaissance Festival will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements.
Usage Rights
By entering this competition you grant Kerrville Renaissance Festival the right to publish or reproduce submitted photo(s), along with your name, location, type of photographic equipment used (if available) on any Kerrville Renaissance Festival website, printed materials, newsletter and other social networking channels, without fee or compensation. Kerrville Renaissance Festival may use submitted photographs for promotional use only, NOT for commercial use. Small photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to format submitted for social media, print or promotional purposes.
Limitations
Kerrville Renaissance Festival will not accept photographic images of children under the age of 16 without consent of a legal guardian or parent.
Film/Photo Rights
All film rights are reserved. Commercial use of photos, videos or audio tapes made at the festival without written permission from the Marketing Department is strictly prohibited. We prohibit the use of video or photographic monopods or tripods unless authorized by Kerrville Renaissance Festival management.
